The process of designing your home will be interactive. However, ‘views’ or ‘seclusion’ is a good opening decision. Your next decision involves bedrooms. How many, what size, and what placement? Bedrooms can be placed near one another or the master bedroom can be isolated from the others.
Usually the number and placement of the bedrooms will dictate the number and placement of full and half baths. However, the choice is up to you.
